Shipping Policy

1. Shipping time varies depending on the product attributes: local inventory products are usually delivered in 3-5 days, and overseas new products are usually delivered in 8-16 days.
2. Supported countries: We provide shipping and delivery services exclusively to the Bangladesh. Please be aware that we do not currently offer shipping services to other countries.
3. We provide free shipping for all orders in the listed countries.
4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can then proceed to our order tracking page to monitor its progress. Just enter the provided tracking number and click “Track” to view the latest updates regarding your shipment.
5. Please note that the provided time frame is only an estimate, and your package may arrive earlier than anticipated.
6. Should your package fail to arrive or if the tracking information indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at your convenience.
