Returns Policy

At mibee, we want you to love your purchases. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help facilitate an easy return and refund process. Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Your return package must be postmarked within this timeframe. Returns postmarked after 30 calendar days will not be accepted. Return Shipping Cost: We provide free return shipping if the error is on our part or if the product is defective. For returns due to reasons such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind, a return shipping fee of Tk700 per order will be deducted from your refund. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at mibee@mile-logistics.net to initiate a return. Our team will respond within 1-2 calendar days to confirm your request and provide the return shipping address. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and attach pictures of the received item(s) for reference. Quality Check for Returns: Upon receiving the return item, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund. If not, we will reject the return and send the item back to you, deducting the return shipping fee. Refund Process: Once your return items quality check is approved, refunds will be processed within 1-3 calendar days. For returns due to our error or defective products, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred. If the return is due to reasons such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind, a return shipping fee of Tk700 will be deducted from your refund. After the refund is processed, we will notify you. If you do not receive the refund within 3-5 business days, please contact us. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. You can place a new order and initiate a return for the original item.

Shipping time varies depending on the product attributes: local inventory products are usually delivered in 3-5 days, and overseas new products are usually delivered in 8-16 days. Supported countries: We provide shipping and delivery services exclusively to the Bangladesh. Please be aware that we do not currently offer shipping services to other countries. We provide free shipping for all orders in the listed countries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can then proceed to our order tracking page to monitor its progress. Just enter the provided tracking number and click “Track” to view the latest updates regarding your shipment. Please note that the provided time frame is only an estimate, and your package may arrive earlier than anticipated. Should your package fail to arrive or if the tracking information indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at your convenience.
